近日，广东天商律师事务所国际涉外法律服务中心律师陈依，凭借其在跨境争议解决领域的持续深耕与专业积累，成功获准成为英国皇家特许仲裁员学会（Chartered Institute of Arbitrators，简称CIArb）会员（Member，MCIArb）。

英国皇家特许仲裁员学会（CIArb）成立于1915年，总部位于伦敦，是全球最具影响力的替代性争议解决（ADR）专业机构之一。1979年，学会获得英国女王颁发的皇家特许状，是国际公认的仲裁与ADR领域培训、教育与研究的权威机构。

作为国际公认的仲裁员资格评定机构，CIArb在该领域的培训、教育和研究方面具有卓越的权威性。其会员体系采用“Associate（初级会员）→ Member（会员）→ Fellow（资深会员）”的三级晋升制。此次陈依律师荣获的MCIArb资格，是其中级会员身份，代表着其在国际仲裁规则、实践与法律应用方面达到了精通水平，拥有参与全球复杂争议解决服务的专业资质。

此次获准成为CIArb会员，进一步拓展了陈依律师在国际仲裁领域的专业交流平台，也为其参与跨境争议解决实务、对接国际仲裁规则与标准，提供了更具深度与广度的专业支持。

The MCIArb status obtained by Ms. Chen represents an intermediate professional membership, demonstrating her solid command of international arbitration rules, practice, and legal application, as well as her professional qualification to participate in complex cross-border dispute resolution matters.

陈依（Echo Chen）律师是一名中国执业律师，专注于涉外与跨境法律服务，主要为外国投资者在华投资与运营以及中国企业对外投资与全球化布局提供法律支持。同时，她亦长期为国有企业提供合规服务，并为建筑企业提供建设工程相关法律服务。

她持有英国格拉斯哥大学法学硕士学位，现为国际律师协会（IBA）及英国皇家特许仲裁员协会（CIArb）成员，获评广东省涉外法律服务“新锐人才”，并持有高级企业合规师认证。她常驻广州，可使用中英文工作。

 

Echo Chen is a PRC-qualified lawyer focusing on foreign-related and cross-border legal services. She advises foreign investors on their investments and operations in China and assists Chinese enterprises with outbound investment and global expansion. She also has extensive experience in advising state-owned enterprises on compliance matters and serving construction companies on construction-related legal issues.

She holds an LL.M. from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the IBA and CIArb, a Guangdong provincial “Rising Star” in foreign-related legal practice, and a certified Senior Enterprise Compliance Officer. She is based in Guangzhou and works in both English and Mandarin.
